9:59 pm	TV show recommendations? My husband and I are looking for a new-to-us show to rent from Blockbuster Online. Something with an ongoing plot that is already out on DVD. We both liked: Rome, Sopranos, Heroes (first season only, he didn't like the second season), Journeyman, Star Trek: The Next Generation, Quantum Leap I liked: Buffy, Angel, Battlestar Galactica, X-Files, Twin Peaks, Farscape, Alias, Firefly, Star Trek: The Original Series, Star Trek: Deep Space Nine. (In general, I like shows about good people doing heroic things, and sci-fi/fantasy shows.) He liked: MacGyver, Dexter, Seinfeld, Family Guy. (But he's more of a fan of movies than of TV shows.) I don't like: Shows about bad people doing bad things. He doesn't like: Most sitcoms, mediocre sci-fi. (27 Comments |Comment on this)
